Director of Ecosystem Growth
to lead strategic partnerships with ecosystem operators across multiple regions and guide DeFi initiatives to accelerate adoption globally.

This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on managing partner programs, supporting developers and founders, and aligning ecosystem outputs with growth objectives. Candidates should be fluent in DeFi, stablecoins, and tokenized assets, with experience navigating institutional and developer ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of ecosystem partners, setting milestones, goals, and accountability frameworks.
  • Oversee DeFi initiatives, including AMMs, DEXs, stablecoins, liquidity, and market structure.
  • Support startups and developers from ideation to launch, building pipelines and engagement programs.
  • Design milestone frameworks, incentive structures, and evaluation cycles for partners.
  • Track partner performance and ecosystem adoption, producing dashboards and strategic insights.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in DeFi, crypto ecosystem growth, fintech/TradFi partnerships, and program operations.
  • Proven experience managing external partners or programs at scale.
  • Deep DeFi knowledge, including AMMs, stablecoins, liquidity, market making, and institutional flows.
  • Skilled in milestone design, incentives, and structured partner evaluation.
  • Strong relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating with high autonomy.

Location:
New York or San Francisco

Compensation:
$220,000—$250,000 USD
