    Description

    Do you have experience in providing support to a sales team and customer service to potential clients? If so we have a great opportunity for an Office Assistant - Sales Support in Charlotte NC.

    This position is full-time temp-to-perm.

    Salary:
    Up to $25.00 per hour based on experience

    Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00 pm (flexible)


    What will you do:


    Provide customer service to potential clients with a high level of professionalism, offering administrative support as required by the Sales department.

    Generate quotes, sales orders, invoices, and conduct inventory status verification using QuickBooks.
    Maintain and manage leads and contacts through the utilization of Salesforce CRM.
    Execute various office tasks, including handling telephone calls, emails, electronic filing, typing, copying, scanning, and other assigned duties.
    Dispatch catalogs and samples to customers in a timely manner

    What is essential for this job:
    Experience in an administrative support function
    Experience handling client/customer data, quotes, orders, and data entry
    Experience with QuickBooks is a strong plus
    Experience with Salesforce or related CRM is a strong plus
    Strong administrative skills including knowledge of MS Office
    Extreme accuracy in handling data in a well-organized fashion
