StretchLab is currently seeking a high energy, passion filled, and SALES motivated individual that is fitness minded and has a love for community and our brand.

StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. We have created a variety of offerings to empower clients to 'Live Long'.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and selling the membership.
  • Work directly with Studio Manager/Assistant Manager.
  • Book and confirm all appointments including Intro and member sessions.
  • Manage the front desk, greet and checkin clients and prospects, help in retail sales.
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants.
  • Maintain excellent level of personal sales production.
  • Present available services to current or prospective members.
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and followup with leads and missed intro sessions.
  • Participate in Pop Up events for studio promotion and community engagement.
  • Ensure studio is clean, assist Flexologists in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the space.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Goaloriented with an ability to achieve membership sales.
  • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must have proficient computer skills.
