    StretchLab Greenville Team Expansion


    StretchLab Greenville is looking to grow their team and is on the lookout for personal trainers, massage therapists, and dance/yoga/Pilates Instructors, as well as physical therapists and PT assistants to join their crew. This opportunity offers a chance to gain experience in an exciting and new modality.


    About StretchLab:

    StretchLab leads the industry by providing personalized one-on-one assisted stretching sessions. With a team of certified experts in various fields such as physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, and Pilates, StretchLab ensures top-notch service. Their exclusive Flexologist™ training guarantees a premium stretching experience for clients.


    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
    • Motivate and support clients during stretch sessions
    • Grow StretchLab's membership and maintain current clientele
    • Ensure client safety through proper stretch techniques and adherence to safety protocols
    • Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations
    • Enhance social media presence to drive membership and retention
    • Maintain equipment for client use

    Qualifications:

    • Passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility
    • Background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy assistance, yoga instruction, or athletic training
    • Fitness certification
    • Create a welcoming environment for all individuals
    • Effective communication skills and empathy
    • Enjoy connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals
    • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
    • Available for the 2-day Flexologist Training Program
