    Job Description

    C&W Services is a leading company in Integrated Maintenance Solutions, providing services to over 600 companies worldwide. We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee repairs and maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, with a focus on conveying and sorting equipment in the fast-growing logistics and fulfillment industry.

    Duties include:

    • Assign job plans and manage the maintenance team
    • Promote C&W Services internally and externally, demonstrating leadership
    • Assist in formulating standards/work procedures, provide feedback on service delivery
    • Maintain positive customer and employee relations
    • Ensure department objectives are met
    • Act as a liaison to various stakeholders
    • Allocate time for coaching and mentoring team members
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
    • Develop and oversee inspection protocol
    • Achieve performance expectations
    • Communicate goals and objectives
    Requirements include:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field (preferred) or 3-5 years of management experience
    • Working knowledge of maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment
    • Ability to operate heavy industrial equipment
    • Flexibility to work various shifts
