$ per hourOur client, a leading Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods company, is looking for an Art Director with impressive video experience to join their team for a hybrid, contract opportunity in Oakland, CAAs an Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and creative direction of our client's projects. The ideal candidate is a team player and has strong conceptual, design, and experience seeing projects through conception through execution.

Responsibilities:
Generate clear 360 ideas and concepts.
Produce comps, storyboards, and layouts based on creative visions and ideas.

Set vision for video campaigns, including creating shot lists and vision boards for the brand team, as well as overseeing the shoots at the in-house studio.

Create synergistic ecosystems for owned & operated channels:
Social, Website, CRM & e-commerce.
Execute creative work in various formats, including e-commerce, website, social media, and video.
Partner with Associate Creative Directors and Creative Directors to bring creative programs to life.
Manage and guide designers to ensure creative executions match desired concepts.

Qualifications:

Experience level:
Experienced4-7 years of experience creating digital campaigns and content emphasizing video, banners, and social media.
Video & Photoshoot vision and oversight are a must.
Strong conceptual skills.
Flexibility to work in any medium on various subject matters.
Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects.
A portfolio showcasing original, creative work.
CPG experience is nice to have.
