Responsibilities:

As a FTTX Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects in the FTTX field.
You will lead a group of workers and technicians, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
You will work closely with clients and authorities, handling all related administrative matters.
You will also be responsible for cost planning and monitoring, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Therefore, a good understanding of numbers is important, as taking measurements is also part of the job.
Another important aspect of your work will be ensuring safety and environmental protection. You will ensure that all work is carried out under safe conditions and that all applicable environmental regulations are followed.
You should also be able to give clear instructions and effectively motivate your team.
Good communication skills and a high level of language proficiency (at least B2 level in German) are therefore crucial for this role
