We are looking for a
social-pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) to support a 4-year-old child in a small kindergarten in Linden, located in Manchester Center, VT.


Hours:
Approximately 20-25 hours per week.


Your main tasks:

  • Individual and resourceoriented support and promotion of the child in the kindergarten environment (especially encouragement, reinforcement, retreat options, emotional regulation, and support in social interactions). The fouryearold child has a highly sensitive nature and can become overwhelmed and insecure due to intense perception of others' emotions and external stimuli.
  • Close collaboration with the local pedagogical team
  • Parent work

Your qualifications:

  • Empathy, calmness, confidence, reliability, team spirit, and an inclusive attitude
  • Enjoyment and patience in working with children aged 36 years
  • Motivation and consistency
