    Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is currently seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to join our client's team at their Miami Office located in Downtown Dadeland.

    The ideal candidate will possess expertise in E-filing, calendaring, and scheduling, and should exhibit strong organizational skills, a proactive work approach, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.


    Responsibilities:



    • Efficiently handle E-filing tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
    • Manage calendars and schedules for legal professionals, coordinating appointments and deadlines.
    • Assist in organizing and maintaining legal documents and records.
    • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
    • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as needed.
    • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

    Qualifications:



    • Proven experience as a Legal Assistant with proficiency in E-filing.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage calendars, and schedules, and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in legal software and MS Office Suite.
