    Business Development Representative

    Job Opportunity: As a Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in our Sales team by identifying new leads across various industries. Your efforts will be crucial in driving business growth and establishing initial connections with potential clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Account Executives to generate new leads that contribute to revenue growth.
    • Follow up on marketing campaigns through emails and webinars.
    • Conduct sales calls and qualify prospects for software solutions.
    • Assist in gathering information on opportunities and market research.
    • Attend industry events and support as needed.
    • Utilize tools like Linkedin and ZoomInfo for prospecting.
    • Maintain and update CRM records consistently.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • 2+ years experience in Business Development, preferably in SAAS sales.
    • Demonstrated success in phone and email communications.
    • Proven track record of meeting targets consistently.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Prior CRM experience, Hubspot knowledge is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently yet be a team player.

    Compensation: Base salary of $45-55k plus bonus. Final salary determined based on factors discussed with the Talent team during hiring.
