    • SouthCaliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Production Manager to provide daily supervision and direction to all production staff members, dispatch all work assignments to production personnel, ensure every teammate has a production forecast list for efficiency, monitor work quality and provide day to day feedback and coaching to technician staff.
    Production Managers will be required to ensure our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.

    ASEREQUIREMENTS:
    3+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimatingMust have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policyMust be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checksABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWNLEDGEAdvanced understanding of Collision Estimatics and Repair Process/ProceduresMust have prior experience with CCC1Be able to understand instructions - written and verbalCan prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environmentAbility to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customersCaliber is an Equal Opportunity Employer
