- Develop and present annual marketing plans based on deep understanding of audience, market drivers, and competitive landscape; oversee go-to-market campaigns and results reporting.
- Serve as the liaison between marketing and assigned business/product category developing deep expertise within the assigned focus area; maintain pulse on evolving market trends and proactively communicate to stakeholders.
- Actively monitor and evaluate all aspects of campaign and program performance; ensure rigorous attention to testing and rapid, in-market optimizations. Track budget spending and progress toward goal attainment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
- Develop consultative marketing partnerships with clients and stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. Maintain responsive, collaborative relationships, provide progress and results updates, discuss new or changing opportunities and priorities, revising plans as appropriate.
- Infuse new thinking and innovation into the marketing process; become a leader within the marketing group. Provide peer leadership and process guidance for other product marketers; engage in special projects that benefit the broader marketing group and credit union as a whole.
- Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurism, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years' general marketing experience.
- 2+ years' experience in marketing financial service products or companies (Preferred)
- 1+ years' business to business (B2B) marketing experience (Preferred)
- Ability to appropriately match communication style to a wide array of people and build relationships at all levels within the credit union.
- Innovative thinker with a track record for translating strategic thinking into measurable plans and outputs.

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans which deliver aligned success for assigned business unit(s) and organizational initiatives. As a key member of the Product Marketing function, this individual will design and lead execution of profitable, scalable omni-channel marketing campaigns derived from deep understanding of data, behaviors, and market trends. The Product Marketing Manager partners with the business line leader(s) and serves as subject matter expert within marketing for their respective product/business. As an experienced marketing professional, the Product Marketing Manager maintains a solid understanding of industry best-practices, develops compelling and innovative go-to-market programs that deliver on growth and engagement objectives and has an unwavering focus on measurable results.

Additional Information
The pay range for this position is: $30 to $39 per Hour (S15)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
