    We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Team This position will oversee our Fort Myers Marketing Team and its operation. If you love marketing and the fashion industry, this is a great opportunity for you

    Essential Duties:

    • B2B Branding strategy:
    • Responsible for developing and maintaining a cohesive brand look and feel across all channels of communication with wholesale partners.
    • Work with our NY team on seasonal marketing strategy and implementation.
    • Main point of contact for our NY team on coordination of B2C branding, social media, and web site updates.
    • B2B communication strategy and execution:
    • Manage communication needs and support for store and internal events.
    • Create B2B email plan.
    • Cross functional coordination of content creation for regular email blasts to stores.
    • B2B engagement strategy development and execution:
    • YouTube: Salon facing videos showing tips and tricks from blog.
    • Educational materials: Selling and styling tips and tricks for salon (salon facing).
    • Educational materials: Brand product knowledge: fabrics, beading, lace, construction, and fit (salon facing).
    • Educational materials: Business tips for salon partners (hiring, training, trunk shows best practices, customer communications, etc.).
    • Salon generated social media content coordination.
    • Trunk show strategy and coordination.
    • B2B content management:
    • Coordinate trunk show assets.
    • Content sharing with stores.
    • Trade shows and trade publication strategy and management:
    • Liaison with Sales Reps and merchandising on trade show planning and execution.
    • Key contact for bridal industry publications.
    • Sales Rep Communication:
    • Create and manage key documents for Sales Reps (operational and reference documents).
    • Road shot management, distribution, and updates.
    • Line sheet updates and watchlist communication.
    • Communicate brand updates and collateral.
    • Control and manage marketing expenses to ensure marketing budget for all events, print, and advertising.
    • Ensure the marketing department delivers all sales collateral each season by the deadline.

    Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

    • A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • B2B marketing and management experience.
    • Strong public relations, social media, and media skills.
    • Experience in production - photo shoots or film production.
    • Refined ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel.
    • Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and advanced written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
    • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint and Word.
    • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
    • Experience in Shopify, Salsify, Asana, and Later is a plus.
    • Ability to work overtime and on weekends to include special events that might take place after normal working hours (e.g., Previews, Fashion Shows, and Photo Shoots).
    • Industry relevant experience (wholesale formal wear) is a plus.
