Purpose
This position is at the forefront of our growth strategy.

It is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing operations strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and donor acquisition within various plasma collection programs in the US.

This includes normal source plasma and specialty programs.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, developing and implementing cutting-edge marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at both donors and center employees.

Requirements:

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum five years' experience in marketing, preferably in the plasma or retails industry, or a Master's degree with three years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Exceptional time management skills with a focus on managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Proactive, selfstarter capable of working independently and effectively within a team setting.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and experience collaborating with agency and media partners.
Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in managing and growing social media channels to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Knowledge of SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search ranking.
Familiarity with digital advertising platform such as Google Ads, Meta Business, etc.
Creative and innovative thinker.
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
