    Description
    Start your new career as a Customs Support Specialist with MAU at our client in McDonough, GA.

    As a Customs Support Specialist, you will provide support to the Compliance team, process invoices, facilitate import and export activities for Domestic and International shipping, and manage data.

    What We're Looking For


    • High school diploma or GED
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Previous logistics experience
    • Inventory control software experience
    • Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)
    What You'll Do as a Customs Support Specialist


    • Code invoices for payment, subcontractors, freight, and broker services
    • Copy and file invoices
    • Maintain electric files of payments
    • Perform various research and assist on projects
    • Print and design labels
    • Perform data changes and style setup in Movex AS400
    • Maintain master item files
    • Prepare Customs documents for exports
    • Verify ISP and promptly submit to brokers
    • Review entry summaries prior to broker filings
    • Manage Engineering Ticket window requests and system changes
    • Support department CTPAT security and OSHA safety requirements
    • Maintain consistent and acceptable attendance according to the assigned schedule
    • Meet departmental goals and defined key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Perform other tasks as assigned
