    Job Title: Remote Insurance Sales Representative

    SALES... Not Service. Service orientated need NOT apply. We're looking for a Top Shelf Salesperson.
    This role is 100% remote, and limited to someone who is ALREADY LICENSED IN COLORADO.
    THIS IS A HIGH-INCOME POSITION, SO WE'RE NOT WASTING TIME WITH WRONG CANDIDATES.
    $100,000 ANNUAL INCOME IS VERY POSSIBLE, ALL REMOTE SALES, BUT OBVIOUSLY WE'RE NOT FOOLING AROUND ABOUT WHO SHOULD APPLY FOR THIS = SALESPERSON.

We are currently expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join us as a Remote Insurance Sales Representative.

    Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic sales professional to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging our unlimited leads to reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and texts. This individual will play a pivotal role in quoting and presenting insurance options to potential clients, with the ultimate goal of converting leads into satisfied customers. The position demands a high level of assertiveness, exceptional work ethic, and meticulous follow-through to ensure success in our fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Utilize provided leads to initiate contact with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and text messages.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and preferences.
    • Present and explain insurance options in a clear and compelling manner, demonstrating an understanding of coverage details and benefits.
    • Prepare and deliver accurate insurance quotes tailored to individual client needs.
    • Follow up with leads persistently to nurture relationships and overcome objections, with the goal of closing sales.
    • Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
    • Collaborate effectively with team members and management to optimize sales processes and achieve collective goals.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven track record of success in insurance sales, preferably within a State Farm agency or similar environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clientele.
    • Strong sales acumen, with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
    • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in quoting and documentation.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools preferred.
    • Active insurance license in [State], or willingness to obtain one upon hiring.
