    Customer Advocate Supervisor Summary Title:
    Customer Advocate Supervisor

    As a direct lender, ICG passes savings directly to customers and offers tailored purchase programs for all borrowers. The company provides training for employees to progress in their careers.

    Responsibilities Include:
    • Lead a team of 8-12 employees with passion and effective communication
    • Focus on meeting key performance metrics such as funding loans, loan quality, and cycle times
    • Improve cycle time, provide top customer service, and support Loan Processors in issue resolution

    Qualifications
    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required
    • Minimum of 2 years mortgage experience required
    • Leadership/management experience preferred
