- We are looking to hire graduate students, limited permit holders, and fully licensed clinicians in the fields of Mental Health Counseling and Social Work. This job involves providing services to children, teens, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, ADHD, ODD, etc.
- Provide a safe and empathetic space that encourages clients to express their feelings and discuss what is happening in their lives to help them develop insight into themselves and their relationships.
- Collect information about clients through interviews, observations, and meetings with parents.
- Act as a client advocate to coordinate necessary services and help resolve problems in crisis situations.
- Maintain confidentiality of client records.
- Collect and graphically record data to monitor the client's progress.
- Complete behavioral progress notes and maintain the client's program book.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with all individuals associated with the client (e.g., parents, caregivers, the BCBA supervisor, etc.).
- Maintain confidentiality of client records.
- Supervision may be provided by a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege. MHC-LPs who complete their limited permit requirements at our agency may be able to receive Diagnostic Privileges upon licensure.
- Limited permit holders, licensed clinicians, or graduate students in mental health counseling or social work.
- Appropriate state credentials and licensing required for MHC-LPs, LMHCs, LMSWs, and LCSWs.
- No field experience required. We will train you
- MHC-LPs and LMSWs - $35-$40/hour
- LMHCs and LCSWs - $45-$55/hour
