- Coordinating various family-related activities and events
- Collaborating with other team members in weekly clinical formats
- Ensuring the holistic well-being of residents
- Working closely with families and residents to support their journey towards healing and recovery
- Required Licenses: LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, MHC-LP, MSW-LP, MFT-LP
- Experience:
- Adolescents and residential treatment
- 2-3 years with substance abuse disorders
- 1-2 years with co-occurring and mental health issues
- Skills:
- Quality service commitment and outcome-driven performance
- Excellent organizational and management skills
- Ability to coach, manage, and develop clinicians
- Strong networking and public relations abilities
- Action-oriented, adaptable, and innovative in program planning
- Effective collaboration with diverse groups
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
