    Description

    EOSYS is looking for a Solutions Consultant for Digital Transformation services to join our Business Development team As the digital transformation expert within the sales organization, the Solution Consultant delivers outcome-based messaging to executive and management levels, showcasing EOSYS' solutions value propositions.

    Working directly for the VP of Business Development you will be part of a highly collaborative team focused on business development to drive growth in key strategic areas for EOSYS.

    Work office location in the Nashville, TN or Atlanta, GA area. Expected travel 50%.
    Account Planning and Sales Strategy
    The Solution Consultant actively participates in account planning and sales strategy formulation.

    With expertise in manufacturing digital transformation solutions, the Solution Consultant delivers compelling proposals and solution presentations to management and executive-level customers.

    With a strong grasp of food and beverage and CPG industry strategies, the Solution Consultant demonstrates familiarity with specific applications such as batching, packaging, bottling, and regulatory compliance.


    Familiarity with MES/IoT Vendors and Platforms:
    Rockwell / Plex, Parsec, AVEVA, Inductive / Sepasoft, GE, Siemens, or SAP.

    This familiarity allows them to effectively engage with customers using or inquiring about these platforms and offer tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with their existing systems.

    Effective Use of CRM Tools
    The Solution Consultant diligently maintains up-to-date sales and customer relationship management data in agreed-upon tools, such as Salesforce.

    Minimum of 5 years related experience in a customer-facing position, business development or sales role with direct sales facing interaction with customers and suppliers.


    • Ability to travel 50%.
    Salesforce CRM user experience.

    • Strong solution and application expertise, and related demonstrated sales experience.
    • Ability to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
    • Exceptional technical and commercial experience with a strong track record of success.
    • Prior experience in proposal development and direct customer relations.
    • Ambitious team player looking to add value and contribute to our employee-owned business.
