*Schedule appointments for building principal
*Ability to work independently with general supervision
*Ability to accurately compose correspondence and other documents
*Ability to perform a wide variety of assignments requiring organizational skills and interpretation of standard procedures
*Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
*Ability to appropriately handle confidential matters
*Ability to perform essential job functions and job task requirements
*Distribute and collect keys to building through the E-PLEX system.
*Ability to monitors receipt books issued to teachers, counseling office, and coaches. Receive, and received money from teachers, coaches, and counseling office; prepared deposits of money received.

*Be flexible and able to prioritize tasks and maintain accurate and detailed records.
