Your Training

During your diverse, sales-oriented training, you will go through various departments in our company and quickly learn to work independently. Gain first customer contact in consulting, learn more about our sales planning in marketing, or get insights into digital development in all departments of the Sparkasse.

One of our apprentices will take care of you during the entire first year of your apprenticeship. Varied and innovative projects offer an exciting change from everyday apprenticeship life: Be part of the apprentice branch office, contribute to the apprentice social media team, or design our apprentice advertising campaign. In addition to professional skills, we place great value on your personal development and therefore promote it during your training.

Qualifications

Secondary school leaving certificate, technical college entrance qualification or high school diploma
