    Job DescriptionSundance is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Retail Sales Lead to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT.

    SummaryThe Retail Sales Lead will provide the highest level of internal/external customer service by having in-depth product knowledge and effective selling techniques.

    A sales leader will set the example for customer service and regularly act as a floor supervisor. Must consistently demonstrate and uphold the Sundance culture with the utmost integrity.

    Duties & ResponsibilitiesDrives sales by exhibiting a strong presence, demonstrating exceptional sales skills, and providing the customer with an exceptional experience Provides excellent customer service to customers by asking open-ended questions to customers, assessing their needs, and offering products that support or relate to their needs Tells the product story, features, and benefits of jewelry and merchandiseListens to customers and uses their feedback to improve service levels Informs customers of our website and catalog, offering to put them on our mailing listConsistently exceeds the expectations and requirements of both the internal and external customerSeeks product knowledge on new and core goods and openly shares informationOpens and closes storeMaintains visual integrity of store by participating with housekeeping, including regular cleaning and dustingReplenishes merchandise as neededMaintains a high level of awareness regarding loss preventionConsistently adheres to all company policies and proceduresReceives and places merchandise ensuring that all merchandise is correctly taggedAssists with coaching and directing employeesResolves employee and customer issuesQualificationsHigh School graduate or GED required, Associates degree preferredPrevious supervisory/lead experience preferredAt least 6 months experience with a premium brand retailerExperience in an environment where customer service is highly regardedComputer literacy including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of all functions of the POS (point of sale), kiosk and iPad systemAdditional InformationIf you would like to be part of a great team, are ready to take on a challenge and make a difference within our company, apply today.
