    Fortune 500 company100% remoteContractCollaborative team and diverse cultureOur Fortune 500 Company client is looking for a Brand Coordinator to join their team This role will be assisting in the production and delivery of campaigns, projects, and initiatives, to support the Brand Foundations remit.

    Primary responsibilities include supporting the production and delivery product marketing toolkits, public sector marketing resources, competitor insight identification and constituent research, and assisting in the development of Brand narratives, including ESG and DE&I stories.

    The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, marketing, and social media.

    The brand coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to simultaneously handle many diverse projects on tight deadlines.


    Principal Duties & Responsibilities:


    Support the development and maintenance of marketing content and toolsAssist in the development of brand narratives through different types of media (marketing collateral, social, video, etc.).

    Compile market research, competitive analyses, campaign results, and constituent trendsEnsure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generationFurther knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the teamTrack and monitor foundational sales and marketing content, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials, as neededAssist in the production and delivery of product launch support resources and tools, to include toolkit setup by linking assets to backend platformsCoordinate content updates on resource sites (FFS, BSP sites)

    Communicate marketing objectives, timelines, and deliverables to business partners, and provide information on use or promotion of toolkitsSupport Brand & Comms consistency efforts by reinforcing key messages among business partners and Constituent, Consumer and Studio teamsConduct research to analyze constituent trends, behavior, and competitive landscape; prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing dataJob Knowledge & Skills:
    Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketingExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and team facilitation skills to interact effectively with senior and executive management, as well as internal and external customersDemonstrated knowledge of the principles, techniques, and methodology of project management, quality management, and change managementProficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPointExperience with research using data analytics softwareSelf-starter who can work with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail, well-organizedProfessional
    • Education & Experience:Bachelor's Degree Bachelors degree in marketing, sales, communications, or a related field4 years job related experience in a complex business environment involving multiple business issuesExperience working with marketing work management platforms (Workfront, SharePoint) preferredFamiliarity with marketing technology platforms, such as marketing automation, content management system (CMS), Digital Asset Library, etc.)
