Description
Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc., makers of Yellawood brand Pressure Treated Pine, is seeking an Administrative Assistant.

This individual will coordinate tasks to support the sales department including tracking orders and inventory, communications with key accounts, pricing inputs, invoicing and other various duties.

This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and a full benefits package.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage special orders, returns, and quote center.
  • Maintain delivery schedules for customer orders.
  • Assist with key account inquiries.
  • Track inventory and assist with interbranch transfers.
  • Help with pricing inputs and customer price pages.
  • Assist with invoicing, EDI systems, credits and other interoffice task.
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors, customers, and other Great Southern plants.
  • Work with accounts payables and receivables to resolve issues.
  • Create, format, and edit Excel spreadsheets for reporting as needed.

Education and/or Experience:


  • Must be detailoriented and organized
