    Position Overview: Rev Gum is seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process, from order management to overseeing transportation, warehousing, and supplier management. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of our products to customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Order Management:

    • Manage and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
    • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to address order-related issues and provide excellent customer service.
    • Implement and monitor order management systems to improve order processing and tracking.

    Transportation Oversight:

    • Develop and manage transportation strategies to optimize delivery schedules and reduce costs.
    • Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
    • Monitor transportation performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.

    Warehousing Management:

    • Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, and distribution.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
    • Implement warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline operations and improve accuracy.

    Supplier Management:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability of raw materials and finished products.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
    • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to maintain a high level of service and quality.

    Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain and implement best practices.
    • Utilize data and analytics to monitor supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

    Team Leadership:

    • Help build and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their development.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Preferred experience in supply chain management, preferably in the consumer goods or food industry.
    • Proven track record of managing order fulfillment, transportation, warehousing, and supplier relationships.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
