This role supports the Donor Gametes Product Marketing team in the development and execution of marketing initiatives that support clinician-facing marketing strategies.


The Program Manager, Product Marketing, will focus on supporting the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, in the development and execution of B2B initiatives that support revenue growth for donor sperm and egg (California Cryobank and Donor Egg Bank USA).

This highly cross-functional role will also work closely with the entire Donor Gametes Product Marketing team to support broader marketing initiatives as well as effectively collaborate with agencies and internal creative, media, web, operations and project stakeholders across the business.

The individual in this role will develop a close relationship with internal sales teams and partner IVF clinics to provide support for business growth.


  • Bachelor's degree from fouryear college or university is required, MBA is welcomed.
  • Proven experience with product marketing, in particular, expertise in effectively communicating product messaging internally and externally and developing gotomarket plans.
  • Experience marketing to a B2B audience.
  • Ability to execute integrated marketing plans and develop meaningful metrics to understand and communicate results of various efforts.
  • Stellar project management skills and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and a high level of proactive communication.
  • Selfstarter ready to jump in and take ownership of projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with managing budgets.
  • Experience working with outside partners, agencies and vendors.
  • Strong overall leadership skills and the ability to create a positive work environment.

LI-EC- Develop an in-depth understanding of the fertility market and clinician audience to contribute to building product messaging and positioning for internal and external audiences.


  • Monitor and analyze product performance and competitive environment and, as appropriate, recommend actions to address opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and execute new and ongoing marketing initiatives in alignment with approved strategies. Develop creative briefs that support key value propositions, brand strategies, and messaging/proof points, while adhering to and reinforcing brand standards. Proactively organize and communicate with external teams to move multiple projects forward simultaneously.
  • Develop, coordinate and execute marketing programs to support longterm brand strategies and drive leads, conversions, and sales; manage timeline and approval process to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Track and report KPIs, industry best practices and campaign goals and objectives; execute a "test and learn" approach to uncover audience insights and learnings. Communicate results with executives and business leaders.
  • Contribute to the formulation of marketing strategies and assist the product marketing team in the development of the annual marketing plan and budget to support key business objectives and growth; manage timeline and implementation progress of the marketing plan, budget, and initiatives across multiple departments. Regularly consult with legal department to ensure understanding of industry regulations and ensure approval of all marketing initiatives.

Travel:

Travel required approximately 20-25% of the year for trade shows and meetings.
