Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years' experience

Experience:


  • Previous med device recruiting a plus.
  • Must be fluent in using webbased recruiting tools, including social media, job boards and applicant tracking systems
  • Experience working in a centralized, high volume, online recruiting function is preferred
  • Team player; ability to coach managers through the interview process
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong process management skills, detail orientation and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Willingness to travel (5%)

As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will be responsible for both Direct Hire and Temporary recruitment needs in the US.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing all external recruiters.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring objectives and develop a plan that yields success, while continuously providing updates on the status of the requisition to the hiring manager
  • Develop and execute progressive integrated recruitment solutions utilizing multiple avenues including direct sourcing, social networking, industry networking, employee referrals, internet sourcing, targeted advertising and college/university outreach. In certain instances, partner with external recruiter
  • Manages applicant flow accurately and consistently leveraging the applicant tracking system
  • Create and present weekly requisition status reports for the designated area
  • Performs additional duties or assignments as directed by management
