    About the Role at Adyen

    Adyen values partnerships, with over 40% of our live deals involving partners. We are on a mission to significantly increase this number to above 70% within five years. To drive this growth, we are looking for a skilled Senior Alliances Partner Manager to lead the expansion of Adyen's Alliance Partnerships program in North America (US & Canada).

    In this key position, you will focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with System Integrators & Digital Agencies. Knowledge of payment integrations with industry leaders like Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, Zuroa, Shopify, and Adobe is crucial. Your role will involve strategically collaborating with partners in these domains to maximize mutual benefits and drive strategic channel growth for Adyen.

    As an essential team member, you will contribute to enhancing the enterprise pipeline and accelerating overall business growth. If you excel in a dynamic and collaborative environment and have a strong background in partner management, we invite you to join our ambitious team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner management strategy
    • Act as the primary liaison between Adyen and System Integrators & Digital Agencies
    • Lead recruitment, training, and support of partners
    • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and co-marketing campaigns
    • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements
    • Engage with key stakeholders and conduct business reviews
    • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics

    Requirements:

    • Experience in partnerships within the payments or fintech space
    • 8-10+ years in a partnerships or alliances role
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and global commercial acumen
    • Professional, flexible, and organized
    • Full professional proficiency in English

    Additional Details:

    • Position based in San Francisco or New York
    • Travel required, both domestically and internationally
    • Base salary range: $150,000-$195,000
