    The Role and What You'll Do:

    This position requires an extremely organized, hardworking, detail orientated sales coordinator with industry experience within corporate partnerships or sponsorship role. The position requires client facing responsibilities, transactional experience, proficiency in sales support tools and focus on organization and driving revenue. This role will be responsible for overseeing support for our entire sales team and acting as a central resource to assist with revenue success and overall client satisfaction. The position represents one of the key functions responsible for helping the organization meet its financial goals while delivering the highest levels of customer service to corporate clients and premium package buyers.
    • Guest services driven; Support and issue resolution in person, via phone, and email.
    • Foster relationships with current core event clients providing them with service related questions on their experience purchased and source upsell opportunities for the sales reps
    • Develop and maintain continuous knowledge of internal workflow processes and technologies, including experience using Salesforce as a CRM
    • Support Premium Sales Staff with service related questions from clients, proposal and presentation creation to help convert on current deals and the ability to learn our POS systems to enter sales and manage the delivery of tickets to customers.
    • Support onsite event execution logistics and program management services for clients by assisting with guest check-in, transportation, gifting, hospitality, and servicing of guests needs as they come up on-site.
    • Assist in fulfillment process to include verifying shipping addresses and e-mail addresses for where tickets will either be shipped or e-mailed for delivery. Understanding how to assist with the acceptance of mobile ticket delivery and be knowledgeable in that process.
    • Assist in creating and distributing event-related communications to all premium sales clients for key core events like Super Bowl, UFC, Final Four and Masters.
    • Work in conjunction with and communicate closely with other departments as it relates to major events to ensure the premium sales staff has all up to date event information.
    • Support Accounting with billing, reconciliation, and collection process from clients for our event services.
    • Assist in process development by analyzing current processes, then identifying and communicating opportunities to streamline procedures that directly impact productivity.
    • Cultivate a working knowledge of all events/services to provide customer support; assist Premium Sales staff with e-mail/call campaigns to help book meetings.
    • Execute all other duties assigned by the team or leadership
    You Have These
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 5 years+ Sales and Corporate Partnership Experience in sports or hospitality
    We'd Love If You Also Have These:
    • Strong Communication, Presentation and Written Skills
    • Established relationships with key corporate clients
    • Sales Force CRM expertise, Asana, Docusign and Excel
    Travel: Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. This position may require up to 20 % travel.
