The Impact Youll Make in this RoleAs a Lead Salesforce Developer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:
Collaborating with onsite and offsite teams to ensure proper design and delivery of Salesforce solutionsUnderstanding the complexity of our systems, how to integrate Salesforce with other 3M systemsParticipating in daily scrum calls, leveraging knowledge of Salesforce components to solve complex technical problems, develop new functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure fast performance of the websiteBuilding, deploying, and supporting all processes across the technology suite in the 3M environmentYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)

Five (5) years of development and/or functional experience on the Salesforce Platform in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Salesforce Developer, Advanced Developer, and Salesforce Architect CertificationsIn-depth understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the Salesforce platformStrong technical foundation: advanced structured programming (APEX, , .Net, Java), relational database concepts and structures, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.

Seven (7) years of development and/or functional experience on the Salesforce Platform in a private, public, government or military environmentGood judgment and decision-making skills to objectively understand an issue and negotiate a resolution.

Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and deliver results in a high-pressure, high-profile environment.
Proven ability to identify, focus, and own, high priority tasks to manage delivery to project timelines.

Work location:

Travel:
May include up to 5% domestic/international

The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.

The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidates relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
