YOUR TASKS

  • Taking on diverse organizational and administrative tasks
  • Managing comprehensive scheduling
  • Checking budgets and invoices
  • Systematic approval of invoices in DocuWare
  • Preparation and organization of product training events and trade fairs
  • Checking availability of trade fair stands and displays, including coordination with trade fair builders

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, office manager, or similar
  • Several years of commercial work experience, preferably in a similar position and/or in sales
  • Affinity for numbers and organizational skills
  • Good computer skills, especially in MS Office, preferably with knowledge of SalesForce
