As a major insurance company in northern Germany, we have a widespread presence in Schleswig-Holstein.

We are currently looking for a part-time employee (m/f/d) to support our Itzehoer branch in Hamburg, located at the main agency of Jan-Eric Fuhlendorf.


Our customers are also our members, as we have been a mutual insurance company since our founding over 100 years ago.

Main agency of Jan-Eric Fuhlendorf, Lokstedter Steindamm 55a, 22529 Hamburg


Your responsibilities:

Personal customer consultations in the officeConsultations with customers over the phoneScheduling appointments over the phonePreparation and follow-up of appointmentsGeneral administrative tasks


Your profile:

You have basic commercial knowledge, and a background in insurance would be beneficial (but not mandatory)You are highly independent and proactiveYou have a customer and sales-oriented approachYou are a strong communicator, team player, and have a confident demeanor
