YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Monitoring and overseeing crossfunctional processes (machining, grinding, EDM)
  • Reviewing customer specifications in "technical clarification" for optimal feasibility
  • Identifying and promoting the need for new manufacturing technologies
  • Approval of process and quality inspection data, as well as work plans
  • Identifying causes of internal quality issues or customer failures
  • Implementing measures to prevent errors
  • Identifying rationalization projects and implementing process improvements as part of ratio projects
  • Optimizing existing processes, incorporating new findings, and suggesting changes
  • Planning and monitoring production trials, evaluating results, and implementing necessary measures
  • Ensuring the availability of machines and complex equipment. Organizing major repairs, maintenance, and modifications.
  • Creating manufacturing instructions, work instructions, and inspection procedures

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Completion of at least a 4year university degree (e.g. in mechanical engineering) and expertise from several years of experience in machining processes
