We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Sales Management Trainee Program in the areas of furniture, carry and home accessories.


Location:
Vienna/Lower Austria/Burgenland/Styria | XXXLutz Store in Wr. Neustadt | Full-time, Part-time


Responsibilities:

  • Upon completion of the trainee program, your tasks will include:
  • Managing a team/department with sales and profit responsibility
  • Implementing goals and targets, such as ongoing advertising activities
  • Leading, motivating and training (including apprenticeship training) your team

Qualifications:

  • University or college degree
  • Sales experience with a strong customer focus
  • Proactive and willing to take on responsibility

The annual gross salary for this position is between €33, ,000.00, depending on qualifications and experience on a full-time basis.
