What you'll do:

  • Support the planning, execution, and followup activities for internal communications related to Talent Management
  • Create engaging content for internal channels, such as graphics, articles, blogs, and videos
  • Assist in managing internal channels, including newsletters, SharePoint, and MS Teams
  • Track the success of our communication tactics
  • Develop persuasive presentation and enablement materials
  • Gain experience working on a global project team and support the communications workstream in aligning audience needs with appropriate content formats and channels

What you bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study include Communications, Marketing, Media, Business, English, or a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge of graphics/design and video production as a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong attention to detail while also keeping the bigger picture in mind
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
