    Are you passionate about creating memorable events and ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly? We're looking for a talented Event Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver exceptional experiences to our valued clients.

    About Us:

    We are a prestigious event venue known for hosting a wide range of events, from weddings and corporate gatherings to social celebrations and more. Our commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and personalized service set us apart as a leader in the industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate all aspects of events, from initial client consultations to event execution and follow-up.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and specific requirements for each event.
    • Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth and successful execution.
    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and teams to coordinate logistics, catering, decor, entertainment, and other event elements.
    • Oversee event setup, manage on-site coordination during events, and ensure all aspects meet/exceed client expectations.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the event planning process, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.

    ‍ Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in event planning or coordination/sales, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, vendors, and team members.
    • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating and resolving potential challenges.

    Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
