    Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

    As an integral member of the team, you, as the Accounts Receivable Specialist, will:

    • Ensure the accurate preparation of daily cash deposits and meticulous completion of the cash control sheet.
    • Facilitate the creation and timely dissemination of invoices to our valued customers, guided by the AR aging report.
    • Apply payments efficiently and accurately, maintaining meticulous records in our accounts receivable ledger.
    • Fulfill customer requests by promptly providing invoice copies as needed.
    • Handle the processing of daily credit card deposits with precision and attention to detail.
    • Manage the systematic filing of check stubs and bank receipts to ensure efficient record-keeping.

    Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist Role:

    To excel in this role as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you should possess:

    • 3-5 years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable, demonstrating a solid understanding of the discipline.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential to manage data and reports effectively.
    • Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous, enhancing your ability to navigate financial systems efficiently.
