    Benefits Representative

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Benefits Representativewith 3 or more years of related work experience for a full-time job, located in Manhattan, New York, this is a direct hire position.

    Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for union members regarding benefits-related inquiries, including healthcare, retirement plans, and other benefits programs.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
    • Educate union members on available benefits options, eligibility requirements, and enrollment procedures.
    • Assist members with navigating benefit websites, accessing online resources, and completing necessary forms.
    • Coordinate with benefit providers and third-party administrators to resolve member issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the call center database.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree, or related work experience
    • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Excel
    • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
    Experience:
    • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role handling Employee or Union Benefits
    Worksite: Direct Hire, Onsite

    Salary: $50,000-53,000

    ***Vaccination + Booster Required ***

    Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $53,000.00 per year
