    McKinney manufacturing company is hiring for a mechanical technical support candidate. Must have the following:

    • Need mechanical skills to provide the tech support on ATV/UTV
    • Must have customer service support experience/ customer service
    • Trouble shoot mechanical failures and diagnose flow to resolve
    • Process warranty claims from customers
    • Create service calls to assigned queue via email
    • Must have a great personality
    • Log all communication with customers in SAP
    • Must have SAP
    • Must have mechanical skills to provide the support needed
    • Communication, verbal and written skills along with listening skills and problem solving skills

    Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM

    Pay rate: $19.00 hourly
