Description
Introduction to the jobMaterial Handler opportunity for 1st shift to support logistics for ASML. Material Handler will be responsible for the timely delivery of cleaned and packaged material for safe outbound shipment. This position will also be responsible for interacting with other departments such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Support.

Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon.
Role and responsibilitiesClean and package material per specification for safe shipment.
Monitor for and report damaged / defective materials (or questionable) to department Supervisor.
Participate in area Job Hazard Analysis.
Required to make pick up and deliveries within the ASML campus.
Data entry and record retention.
Maintain the work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition
Adhere to all safety regulations and make recommendations.
Required to operate company equipment such as hand truck, hoists, trolley's, fork truck
Able to lift 35 lbs.

Education and experience
High School Diploma or GED required
General computer proficiencies.
SAP, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word a plus.
Logistics experience within a warehouse or shop or trucking environment in Material Handling or Shipping and Receiving or packaging or unloading

The employee is occasionally required to move around the campus.
The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
May require travel dependent on company needs.
The environment generally is moderate in temperature and noise level.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
