    We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding professional to join our Client in Dublin, CA as a Trust Fund Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper

    The Trust Accountant reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for performing various accounting activities in the support of trust fund management including accurate and timely preparation processing of various general ledger duties, financial reports and statements, and adherence to appropriate accounting control procedures.

    What you will be doing:

    • Process accounts receivables and accounts payables for trust funds assigned
    • Calculate and process monthly premiums and payments for corresponding vendors Adhere to appropriate accounting control procedures
    • Enter and manage general ledger for multiple trust funds assigned
    • Prepare financial statements for multiple trust funds assigned
    • Prepare adjusted journal entries for year end
    • Assist with audits on trust funds assigned
    What you will need:
    • Accurate and timely general ledger and period end closings
    • Financial and special reports as needed
    • Minimum of 5 years of previous general ledger accounting and financial reporting for Non-profit organizations
    • Knowledge and proficiency of financial accounting principles
    • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and experience within accounting field
    Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $ $37.00 Per Hour
