- Providing Service Center Operations on-site and remote support to all FCC facilities and field offices.
- Tracking all work in the FCC IT Service Management (ITSM) system.
- Managing loaner program, maintaining inventory thresholds, handling tickets, repairing, and servicing IT vendors.
- Conducting a monthly service ticket review with the COR or a person designated by the COR.
- Measuring the quality of services to end users and submitting the results and recommendations for improvement to the Government for review and approval monthly.
- Coordinating and supporting all requests from the Chief Information Officer (CIO) or other Bureau /Offices for demonstrations in the FCC Technology Center (FCCTEC).
- Providing support for major applications and software for licensing and tracking.
- Providing Auctions Program Support; completing all checklists, procedures, and processes as per the Auction Program Support SOP.
- Providing COOP and disaster recovery (DR) support; managing COOP related activities immediately upon notification by executing the COOP plan and checklists.
- Providing Enterprise Mobility support; supporting mobile devices, support software and infrastructure.
- At least 3Years of Relevant experience.
- Must possess the ability to clear Public Trust.
- ACertification.
- Proficient knowledge in addressing Tier 2 tickets.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to address Tier 2 activities on a large program.
