What you will do:

Responsibility for the entire procurement process (strategic and operational purchasing)
Leadership, management, and development of the purchasing team
Further development and optimization of the purchasing and supplier strategy
Ensuring cost, quality, and delivery goals and ensuring stable supply chains
Price and contract negotiations, as well as responsibility for the design of framework agreements
Observation and analysis of procurement markets
Search and identification of alternative procurement markets and suppliers
Proactive, strategic supplier management
Analysis and realization of cost reduction potential
Definition and evaluation of key figures (value analysis, make or buy)

What you bring:

Completed technical or business studies
Several years of professional experience in purchasing/procurement
Very good technical understanding, high quality awareness, and interest in production processes
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking
Structured, pragmatic, goaloriented, and implementationoriented work in a team
Very good English skills in spoken and written form
