**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

Oversee all operations of Customer Service within the assigned region

Monitor daily Customer Service Operations and activities for Sales Personnel

Will provide assistance to customers and sales personnel by answering customer inquiries and resolving issues

Submitting profiles for approval

Scheduling pickup and deliveries of customer material and will confirm customer appointments

Will coordinate customer pickups with transportation

Notify and resolve issues with load discrepancies

Quote potential waste streams

Maintain customer price schedules

And other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

A Bachelors degree in environmental science (or related degree) from an accredited University is preferred or two years of industry-related experience

Strong professional communication and organization skills are required

Must be friendly and service oriented

Have excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must able to multi-task

Ability to read, understand, and apply common operational documents, SOPs, and waste manifests, are required

Ability to work well with others and a proficiency in Excel is required

Proficiency in SAP is a plus

The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, are required
