    Responsibilities:
    • Manage and provide support to Section Managers in internal employee relations, prioritizing a people-centric approach; deputize Operations Managers and step up when necessary.
    • Ensure optimal staff allocation for maximum departmental efficiency.
    • Coordinate the efficient dispatch of all customer flights with precise specifications.
    • Supervise production departments to uphold the exceptional quality standards set by the Quality Assurance team, ensuring maximum efficiency within DO & CO regulations.
    • Oversee all quality aspects of operations to ensure compliance with Critical Control Points, Health and Safety, Food Safety, and legal requirements.
    • Cultivate strong working relationships with department Heads, delivering a positive and professional service that enhances the DO & CO reputation; address any issues with prompt solutions. Act as the daily representative of DO & CO in all internal and external communications.
    • Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures consistently and compliantly; utilize company resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
    • Ensure adherence to regulations from airlines, airports, ports, and other applicable entities; implement necessary process and compliance enhancements. Take on additional projects and tasks as directed by management.
    • Play a role in setting policies and procedures.
    • Track and report essential functional metrics to enhance cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear requirements documentation.
    • Conduct cost and scenario analyses, along with benchmarking activities.
    • Monitor and forecast upcoming demand levels.
    • Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks effectively.
    • Handle other assigned projects.

    • Possess meticulous attention to detail, data-driven decision-making skills, and the ability to influence various departments in cost-related matters.
    • Establish strong relationships with colleagues, mentoring and motivating them to excel, fostering team spirit.
    • Adapt flexibly in decision-making and handling change to ensure actions are aligned with partner and company objectives.
    • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the unit's operations, taking a hands-on approach to drive continuous improvement.
    • Bring at least 5 years of leadership experience in food manufacturing and related logistical activities.
    • Prior experience in a similar role or in airside, aviation, or FMCG sectors.
    • Possess proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
