    This is a direct hire opportunity for certain personnel of the DoD workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.



    About the Job and Company:

    This job posting is for Military Technician positions with the 88th Readiness Division, Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) 100, located in Denver, Colorado.


    Applicants must be active Soldiers in the Army Reserve before a start date can be set.

    This job is open to U.S. Citizens, Nationals, or those who owe allegiance to the U.S.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, and maintaining various equipment types.
    • Performing operational inspections and preventive maintenance.
    • Engaging in minor body work and assisting with complex repairs as needed.
    • Operating vehicles to check work.


    Qualifications:

    • Active membership in the U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) is required.
    • Various requirements include Class A CDL, medical examination, and drug testing.

    Experience in maintenance checks, services, and operating equipment is essential for this role.


    Physical Effort:

    Work involves standing, bending, lifting heavy items, and working in varied conditions.


    Working Conditions:

    Work settings include indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to weather elements and physical risks.
