    CoreCivic is looking for a Maintenance Worker for Community Corrections

    • Salary: $22.50 per hour

    The Maintenance Worker, Community Corrections, will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing the building structures and systems of our facility. This includes plumbing, electrical work, machinery, vehicles, and grounds. The key responsibilities include:

    • Maintaining the physical structure of the facility for safe and secure operations
    • Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in machines and equipment
    • Installing and repairing electrical apparatus
    • Performing preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment
    • Providing proper supervision and tracking of assigned residents

    Qualifications:

    • High School diploma, GED certification, or equivalent
    • Minimum of two years experience in general maintenance or construction
    • Knowledge of building construction and operation of building systems preferred
    • Valid driver's license required
    • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
