Tasks:

  • You actively drive our personnel consulting projects, initiate process optimization with your own ideas, and together with your team, you are responsible for expanding our talent pool.
  • With our support, you familiarize yourself with various positions, learn to independently identify talents, and approach them through active sourcing.
  • You independently coordinate appointments, manage applicant management in our internal tool, and maintain their documentation.
  • Depending on your individual skills, competencies, and interests, you can participate in various projects to advance our mission of #BuildingGreatTeams.
  • In addition, you have the opportunity to expand your professional and personal knowhow in our workshops.

Profile:

  • You have studied business administration or a comparable field or have completed vocational training and are looking for an entrylevel position or are in a gap year.
  • You are passionate about digital structures and ideally have gained first professional experience in these areas.
  • Customer orientation and an understanding of service orientation are natural for you, and you have strong communication skills.
  • You work in a detailoriented and conscientious manner and have a sense of organization.
  • You are proficient in German and English in terms of expression, grammar, and spelling and have a high affinity for the internet.
  • You are excited about being part of a cool team, taking on responsible tasks, and working in an environment where your opinion counts.
