The Berlin Site Management is responsible for the operation and construction projects of the Siemens Energy gas turbine and Elyzer plant in Berlin Moabit.

Here, we develop high-tech products that contribute to the energy transition and decarbonization of the global energy industry. As a member of this team, you contribute to the success of our location.

You take on project management and execution of construction projects (renovations, expansions, maintenance) at our office and production site in Berlin Huttenstraße.

How You Can Make a Difference

Responsible planning, execution, and monitoring of maintenance and modernization measures in office and production areas at the site
Taking on project responsibility and ensuring project goals are met
Finding optimal solutions in terms of sustainability, building construction, building physics, and technical building equipment, as well as costs and deadlines
Managing planning offices, service providers, and suppliers
Supporting and promoting the company's goal of achieving a carbonneutral operation by 2030
Future perspective for regional deployment

What You Bring

Successfully completed university degree in engineering with a focus on real estate (e.g. civil engineer, architect, facility management)
Several years of professional experience in responsible positions in construction project management, as well as experience in planning, tendering, and execution of construction projects, particularly renovation and maintenance measures (construction and building technology) in existing buildings, ideally also in listed buildings
Knowledge of external company coordinator
